True Love magazine is remaining tight-lipped as outrage over their controversial cover involving Lerato Kganyago continues to rage.
The magazine on Monday faced a barrage of criticism over its cover image which showed a picture of Lerato Kganyago that was Photoshopped extensively.
After fans on social media commented about the cover, calling it an insult to the TV and radio personality, the magazine responded by releasing unedited pictures of the star, showing her cellulite.
While calls for a boycott of the publication raged, Lerato herself spoke to TMG Entertainment, explaining that she was not embarrassed.
But that didn't mean she wasn't disappointed. "They tried to body shame me and it didn't work. I'm not embarrassed about my body. I often speak about my curves."
Her reaction has garnered massive support, with celebs siding with her over the issue.
@leratokganyago we love you. We support you. This was meant to be a special moment for you!! Can't even imagine how hurt you are.
