Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, Shrimp Brocheta—How about a journey to Mexico through food?

Yes. Food, a cultural identity of people, can take you to a place through its richness and culture-sweet taste.

This was our experience at the food tourism destination: Cantina Viajero Trinity in Florida.

Food, a tourism offering of a destination, is aplenty in diverse thrill here.

Our appetizer was an unbelievable thrill—a bacon wrapped shrimp in a relationship with Oaxaca cheese, jalapeño, pineapple salsa and diablo jelly sauce. Si.

Before this, the Nachos and roasted salsa kicked off the food tourism adventure.

This went well with our drinks: a half & half sweet and unsweet ice tea and Sprite.

The food tourism adventure offered so much attractions to explore. Our first choice was the Shrimp Brocheta: a grilled shrimp marinated with chile de Arbil and garlic served with cilantro lime rice and calabacitas.

From the culture-sweet taste of this attraction, we could tell Mexico is wealthy in offerings: food-wise.

However, if heaven was food, then a piece of it would be the Chile de Arbol Shrimp Fajitas.
