"Pick five foreigners coming to Nigeria for the first time and ask them, where are you going? Lagos. That's the straight answer, they won't tell you Kano, Enugu or any other state in Nigeria ", Omotosho was quoted as saying.

Located in the western part of the country, Lagos is evidently not a Yoruba state, neither is it a federal character state, given the fact that it is the state with the most populous non-indigenes across the nation with everyone thriving or struggling to thrive in one way or the other.

Omotosho said that whoever is a governor of Lagos state, is an alternate president of the federal republic of Nigeria.

Lagos is a destination for trading, entertainment, travels and more to not just Nigerians but people from all over the world.
