In the ongoing leadership and leadership development workshop, participants in their feelings of joy displayed satisfaction as they were filled with so many take-homes after the teachings of day 2.
Day two caused the knowing of flexibility controls the system and almost all the time, our perception is our projection.
Participants's minds, views and perspectives shifted to knowing that everything in life is a pattern and their take homes started with the realisation of checking their life having known that whatever they do is a pattern.
The facilitator, Mr.Olushola encouraged them to involve the use of pattern interruption. Interrupt any pattern that is not serving you.
"Transformational leaders are leaders that accepts people just the way they are and transforms them" he said.
The church of God should be relevant in the transformation of the community.he added.
Participants were privileged even more with knowing the following :
(1) People who don't try things don't know things that will work.
(2) The of the person is more important than the size of the problem.
(3) You must have the ability to help people discover their unconscious competences.
(4) people who are flexible controls the system.
(5) Don't blame anybody under you as a leader.
(6) Every human being is an extension of God.
(7) We were created after his likeness.
