The new collection, made up of shirts and dress shirts, targets the urban, traditional African and corporate crowd.
And just as she has done with all her past collections, ‘Scissors’ was modelled by husband, Ohimai Godwin Amaize popularly known as Mr. Fix Nigeria.
“If you look at the collection, you would see me playing around a lot with patterns and in some cases, asymmetrical styles,” said Oliseh-Amaize.
“My originality as a fashion designer is best expressed when I sketch my designs and bring them to life by cutting out the patterns myself and putting them together in the neatest way possible. That is what ‘SCISSORS’ is all about. It’s a playful expression of my raw creativity.”
